Sending us shoes in the mail:

Please tag each pair of shoes with your name and contact and fill out the online form, this includes boxes that have multiple pairs of shoes or group orders. For group orders please note the name of the shipper arranging the group order in your online order form.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping ranges from $20-30 depending on your package size, weight and destination. We only ship within Canada and cannot ship Internationally or to the US.

All postal orders are shipped out once invoices are paid in full and you will receive a tracking number directly through the courier.

Group Orders: To serve areas that don’t have a drop box, we offer free Canada-wide return shipping on boxes of six or more pairs of shoes. All invoices must be paid within one week to qualify for free return shipping. Any outstanding invoices past seven days will be billed for shipping and sent individulally once payment is received. This offer is for mail in shoes only.

 

As a small business we are not able to cover the cost of shipping for regular postal orders and appreciate your understanding.


For Gym orders:

All shoes are returned to your dropbox location unless secified otherwise. If you want your shoes sent to a different drop box location or returned in the mail instead we charge a $5 fee.

Please note that our delivery frequency for each gym is different so shoes being returned to a different gym will have a longer wait time as they are not being returned in the batch they were recieved in.



 

Returns

Resole Warranty Claims

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your shoe repair please contact us right away at info@westcoastresoles.com. Shoes with resoling defects or errors, subject to our reasonable discretion within 30 days of billing are eligible for warranty in our shop. 

Please note that we cannot honor warranty requests on shoes that have continued to be climbed on after the issue has occurred or months after the repair was performed.

General Merchandise

We accept items for exchange or return in shop or through the post within 30 days of purchase, in as-received, resellable condition. You are responsible for return shipping with return items. Please check size charts carefully before purchase. Original proof of payment is required. Any refunds will be returned to the original payment method. 

All safety-related climbing equipment is final sale. Which includes ropes and crash pads.

Returning through the post

  1. Please submit a return request to info@westcoastresoles.com prior to shipping your item. Include your name, proof of purchase, and a reason for return. 

  2. Once approved, ship your item to the address below. We recommend tracking your shipment and adding shipping insurance as we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen items in transit.

  3. Once your item has arrived in the shop we will inspect the item and if the item is in as-received condition a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it can take a few days for a refund to show up on your credit card. 

We do not ship or receive retail goods through our affiliated gym drop boxes. Out of courtesy for our gyms the drop boxes remain for resoles only.   For hygienic reasons please do not return merchandise items through the drop box as it will not be recirculated into our stock. 

Warranty

Items with manufacturing defects will be assessed individually through the manufacturer's warranty processes. It will be up to their discretion on whether the warranty is valid but we are happy to assist with the process. 

Please note even high quality gear does not last forever. Gear will wear out at different rates and can be damaged by accident, misuse, or just over time.
