How it Works
We make it as easy as possible to your shoes back to like new performance

Fill out our online Resole Order Form then check your inbox for your order confirmation.
You will need to submit one order form for each pair of shoes sent in.

Check out the list of ways to get your shoes to us below!
We’ll send you a notification once we’ve received your shoes and queued them up for repairs.

Once our cobblers have performed the neccesary repairs, we’ll send you a notification and email you an invoice.
Your shoes will be returned once your invoice is paid.

Drop box users will receive a notification once their shoes have been returned to their original location and are available for pick up at the front desk.
Mailed in orders will receive tracking info once the shoes have been shipped.
Shop pick up is available anytime during our regular shop hours. In person payment in also available for pick up orders.

This is a great option if you have any questions about your shoes, the order form, our process, or want to check out our selection of new shoes and gear.

Drop Boxes are collected ever 1-4 weeks depending on location. Be sure to check our Pick Up Calendar for the next collection date.

Can’t make it to the shop and don’t live near one of our gym drop boxes? No problem! You can mail them directly to us and we will mail them back to you after they’ve been repaired.

Got a lot of shoes or have a group of friends all needing their shoes resoled?
Get together 8 pairs of shoes or more and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Please Note: To qualify for free return shipping all invoices must be paid within one week. Any outstanding invoices beyond seven days within a group order will be billed for shipping and sent individually once payment is received.

Mail In
Please first verify with us that your shoes are repairable. When you get the go ahead, tag each pair of shoes with your name and contact info and fill out the online form, this includes boxes that have multiple pairs of shoes or group orders. For group orders please note the name of the shipper arranging the group order in the comments section of your online order form. Don’t forget to read through our terms of service before sending them in!

Please note that we can only receive shoes shipped to us from within Canada.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping ranges from $15-30 per pair depending on your package size, weight and destination. Shipping multiple pairs at at time drastically reduces the shipping cost per pair. We can ship shoes within Canada and cannot ship to the US or internationally.
All postal orders are shipped out once invoices are paid in full and you will receive a tracking number directly through the courier.
Group Orders: We offer free Canada-wide return shipping on boxes of 8 or more pairs of shoes. All invoices must be paid within one week to qualify for free return shipping. Any outstanding invoices beyond seven days within a group order will be billed for shipping and sent individually once payment is received. This offer is for mail in shoes only.
All pairs of shoes must be tied together and tagged with your name, phone number and email. Please indicate the shipper of the shoes in your order form if you are a part of a group mail in order.
